Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellation / No-Show
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session or do not show up, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed per booking.

Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable except in the case of our performance guarantee (see Terms & Conditions).

Refund eligibility is determined based on instructor evaluation.
